Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Rufus purchase, and we'll do all we can to make buying from us as enjoyable as possible. If an item does not meet your full satisfaction you may return the item for a full refund (including the original shipping cost to you, but not the return shipping to us). You must notify us of your wish to return an item to us within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that it was received by you. The payment card, Paypal or Google account which was used for the original purchase will be the payment card or source we refund.
